What is TuningCalculator?
TuningCalculator is a professional vehicle tuning performance database and calculator for remapping businesses. The public website is being prepared for the real plugin and database migration.
How does it embed into my website?
The intended delivery method is an iframe/embed code placed on your authorised website. Final installation instructions will be provided with the real product.
Does it work with WordPress?
The product uses a WordPress plugin, and customer website delivery is planned through an iframe embed. Exact installation requirements will be confirmed after migration.
Can it work with other website platforms?
An iframe can be added to many website platforms, where that platform allows external embeds. Compatibility and any restrictions will be confirmed in the installation guidance.
Is the licence locked to my website/domain?
Domain-locked licensing is part of the intended product. You will add or confirm an authorised domain when the licence-management service is available.
Can I change my authorised domain?
The domain-change process and licence rules are still to be confirmed. Contact support before moving an active calculator to a different domain.
What are UK / EU / Pro editions?
UK, EU and Pro are the planned product editions. Exact database coverage, included features and prices will be published before subscriptions open.
How are updates handled?
Database updates are planned as part of the service. Update frequency and the scope of updates are not yet confirmed.
Where do I manage payments?
Payments, invoices and renewals will be managed through the Emenys Web Solutions customer portal. TuningCalculator will not have a separate billing account system.
Where do I get support?
Email help@emenyswebsolutions.co.uk. Customer support will also be handled through the central Emenys Web Solutions platform.
Can Emenys Web Solutions build my complete remapping website?
Yes. Emenys Web Solutions offers a separate website design, build and hosting service. Find out about remapping websites or visit Emenys Web Solutions.
Is the live demo available now?
The demo page is ready for the real calculator. It will come online after the genuine plugin and vehicle database have been migrated.
